I've been drinking coffee for 50 years now. In San Francisco there was a great small business on Haight Street where I bought my coffee and it was delicious. When I moved to a town in the San Joaquin Valley I had to get my coffee at the grocery store. That continued when I moved to Los Angeles. The coffee was flat, dull, boring and I was stuck with that coffee because I had to buy a pound bag. By chance I sampled Blackwelder French Roast and that was it. I bought it for years. Now I live in New Mexico and the first thing I did was buy a subscription so that I'm never without. I take my Blackwelder French Roast black and make it strong. It's the best.

We have been buying Blackwelders French and House blends for nearly a decade and are as happy with our last bag as our first bag. When we travel we always miss our Blackwelder and seldom come across something that can compete with it. This is next level coffee and a bargain as well!
