One: the beans are amazingly consistent & does not require adjustment of your grinder for each new batch. Two In over 6 years of purchasing the espresso I have never found or run across anything that may damage your grinder blades. Three it is consistently flavorful , and produces great crema along with being freshly roasted, The consistency of flavor is nothing short of amazing
