This is the bean that brought me to Blackwelder. I started my coffee journey, back when you bought ground coffee in the can. Then I searched for the best ground coffee. Now years later, I grind my beans just before brewing. It is difficult to find Columbian whole bean. I wanted to experience the best cup of Columbian. I found it at Blackwelder. Freshly roasted and ships very quickly upon ordering. Thank You

For pure balance and a more delicate taste, this coffee is very elegant.
You roast these at medium, to really let the bean expose its best character.

Just a little gripe, past few batches are not up to scratch, beans not to the same standard as you've produced over the years. I imagine this maybe due to a global shortage of coffee. Still looking forwards to enjoying the same standard as before in coming months and years.

My daughter and I have sampled at least 40 different espressos. This stands out as our #1 favorite. Complex, rich, and always consistent. Great alone or with steamed milk.
