Great tasting coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a very delicious, complex coffee that reminds me of a great red wine. The flavors erupt on your tastebuds changing from bold to fruit notes. This is a great roast and hope to make it a regular in my home.

I've made both drip and espresso with these beans. They stand up well in both uses and produce a balanced brew with a slight acidic finish (especially when used.to make espresso). I recommend without reservation.
