I now look forward to my first cup in the morning. I like to experiment with the different products throughout the day and try mixing different products together to see what i get. I make a big pot in the morning and then have Iced Coffee when it is hot out.

I use it in my Jura fully automatic, excellent flavor, smooth, not bitter.

We had been using the Single-Source Bucaramanga which is a medium dark roast. The Organic Fair Trade Bucaramanga is a medium roast. We prefer the lighter roast. The flavor is cleaner and fresher. There is no sacrifice of aroma. The amount used is the same. This is an excellent product.

We enjoy both versions of your Bucaramanga, but I think we prefer the Single Origin. We have been consuming it for a longer period of time. Perhaps our preference is a matter of familiarity. It might, however, be that the Single Origin is a somewhat darker roast. I plan to experiment with the quantity of Organic Fair Trade I use for brewing. That might alter our preference.
